Ba15d 12v 4w dimmable LED bulbs, perfect for line voltage pendants, ceiling fans, chandeliers, portables, and track lighting applications. They can also be used to replace some LED car bulbs. Make sure to have a compatible dimmer like a LED mains dimmer (Triac dimmer, Luxtron dimmer), using any other dimmer may cause flickering (not compatible with digital dimmers or 0-10v dimmers). LED bulbs are great replacements for the standard automotive double filament incandescent bulb model: 1142, 1004, 1076, 1130, 1158, 1176,1178 and also compatible to replace household halogen bulbs. Make sure you purchase the correct base (Ba15d) which means the double bayonet socket and the diameter of the socket is 15mm. The two contacts at the bottom are positive "+" and negative “-". The LED bulb does not have polarity sensitive as it works either way. Pins are parallel not offset (same height). Don’t confuse it with BAY15D 1157 bulb as they are different. Our bayonet base LED light bulbs can be used for automotive purposes such as internal light, tail lights, turn signal light, corner light, parking light, side marker and backup lights.
